Tory Burch Fall Boot Collection

I saw the Simone over the knee boots for the first time last Friday and just about bought them on the spot. I did end up talking myself out of it, but I'll have you know that they are #1 on my splurge list this fall (if I ever do end up splurging on anything)... I'm crossing my fingers TB has a friends & family sale, ASAP.

I'm loving the elastic detail and back zip on the Newton booties. They remind me of my old equestrian boots I used to wear riding almost every day. They look adorable with a pair of rolled up jeans, don't they?

I own a pair of heeled Tory Burch boots, and they are by far, the most comfortable heels I own. I could wear them for hours on end and my feet never hurt. I highly recommend! If not, definitely go for a wedge version like the Leila wedge boots. 

Aren't they all so gorgeous? TB always kills it with her boot line. I try to add a pair to my collection every year, if my wallet will allow it.

Collection Crush: Vince Fall 2014

Big, chunky sweaters; long, drapey coats; soft, cozy knits; all around classic pieces... These are all the words I'd use to describe the Vince line. Really, I have a crush on all the Vince pieces, but when I saw the Fall collection (available for pre-order now), I got incredibly excited for the cooler weather. I know, sounds crazy right? But I cannot wait to grab one of their oversized cozy sweaters, or a super chic, gorgeous coat - umm, this one please!? The fur sneakers are pretty darn cool too - I'd love them with some black leggings and a big sweater. Collection Crush: Katharine Page

This week's collection crush is dedicated to a new small obsession of mine, Katharine Page. Something most of you don't know is, I was an avid horseback rider from the age of 5 though quite recently. I rode and horse showed all through high school, college and even a bit afterwards when I lived in Columbus. Due to living in NYC now, that hobby needed to be put on the back burner for a while.

 So when I discovered these sandals, inspired by equestrian leather leatherwork (meaning they pretty much look like part of a bridle or saddle to me), I instantly fell in love. I had to tell all my horsey friends immediately, but I guess I was a little behind the 8-ball, as two of them already purchased a pair and are raving about them! I've got my eye on the Fairfield and the Palm Beach styles, and crossing my fingers that she comes out with more...
