I have a thing for wraps and ponchos, if you haven't noticed already. This one is a repeat offender, last seen just recently here. I stole the camel one from my mom - she refuses to actually let me take it back to NYC with me. These photos were taken quite a while ago, but I just stumbled upon them and knew they had to be published, even though I doubt anyone wants to see anymore snow at this point! The great thing about this wrap is that its a perfect spring transition piece. It's super simple to throw on over a dress on a chilly night or just wrap it around any outfit to keep you warm instead of a coat. One of my favorite pieces!

Sweater Dress

I'm crossing my fingers that this will be one of the last, snow filled winter posts until next year. I did a quick trip home over the weekend to see family, get some skiing in, and just relax. Of course, every time I go home, I always raid my mother's closet and this time was no different. I tried this coat on and refused to take it off (although I didn't get to bring it back to NYC with me unfortunately). It was the perfect piece to go over this H&M sweater dress that I've admittedly had for almost 4 years now. Crazy, right!? Some closet staples just last forever, even H&M ones!

This sweater is the coziest thing I've purchased in a while. The faux leather sleeves add the perfect accent, and the faux fur is gorgeous - it almost looks real! This works perfectly as a light coat too in the warmer temperatures, and the fur is also removable. Such a wonderful, versatile piece.
