Turtlenecks on Repeat

I have had such a thing for turtlenecks and cowlnecks this season - I just can't get enough of the thick, chunky, drapey styles that are all over the place this year. It's been hard to resist buying too many, but I have picked up a few this season, including this one, this one and two different colors of this (couldn't help it, they're such a good deal!).

I've had my eye on a few other more pricey options that I just haven't been able to pull the trigger on yet (Christmas hint mom!?!?). I tried this one on in the store, and fell in love. I have a new obsession with Kit & Ace, and if you haven't heard of them, you definitely need to swing by their pop up in SoHo this month. Everything they make is just the softest, most incredible material, plus it all fits just the way I like it. Speaking of the best material, I'm ordering this one today.  It just came in last week, and I've been staring at it ever since. Lululemon makes some of my favorite sweaters, as you can see here. I know it's been a while since I've done an outfit post, but the weather has just been frigid here, combined with the fact that I've just been far too busy these past couple weeks. I've been wearing this coat on repeat to and from errands and out. The faux fur plus the high neck is so cozy and warm against the bitter cold winds, and I love the simple cut of it. Unfortunately, I grabbed this coat on sale at the end of last winter, so it is no longer available. Fun fact though... They only had a large left, but because it was so discounted (like $50!), I bought it and had it tailored, and it was still less expensive than most coats. 

As for the Chanel, its not mine so don't get too excited! I borrowed it from my super stylish roommate. It's great having someone around with an amazing closet that I can shop on a daily basis!
