Equipment has very quickly become my go-to for silk shirts and shirt dresses. Their quality is fantastic, and the material feels like butter against your skin. I can't say enough good things about their colors and prints too. I have yet to find a company that compares. This print is next on my list to buy.
So here is the deal with this Equipment top: I saw it at the SoHo store during my NYC Christmas trip, and immediately fell in love. If you didn't notice, in the middle of every starburst is one small crystal. (Side note: this is actually called the "wicked eye" print, but I like the sound of starburst so much more). The detail on this top is absolutely gorgeous. I decided immediately that this would be the perfect New Year's Eve shirt... but that didn't end up happening. This baby was just a little out of my budget. Now what you guys don't know about me is that I very VERY rarely buy something full price. I decided to patiently wait for this gorgeous top to go on sale, and as soon as it did, it was immediately mine.
Of course, for some reason it's no longer on sale and why that is, I have zero clue. Equipment doesn't put their pieces on sale often, so make sure you consistently check the sale section on their website. Their friends and family sale just ended too, so I hope you all got to grab some goodies!
