I'm a big fan of all the sales that J.Crew has been having lately. I've picked up a few great pieces during these sales, including the sweater, necklace and bag that I'm wearing in this post. Two shades of this sweater were added to my already overflowing closet, and I plan on adding more as soon as they go on sale again. It's my new favorite every day sweater. Its soft, comfortable, and flattering on, and is the perfect cut - I couldn't love it much more. The tassel necklace isn't too bad either...
HOLDING ON TO THE FINAL SUMMER DAYS
As I've said before, I'm a huge proponent of wearing white after labor day. These pants are no exception. They are the most classy, yet comfortable pants, and are really are so versatile that they can be dressed up or down with a number of different pieces. Not only do they look great with a simple top like I'm wearing, but they would work with a blazer, big sweater, tucked in cami, blouse... pretty much any top really. I don't think I could love these much more than I already do. Now - if only they came in more than two colors...
A POP OF ORANGE
I love a simple outfit with a bright colorful or unique clutch. This romper is the most comfortable piece ever - I bought it on a huge sale at Piperlime at the end of last winter, and I sure am glad I did. It goes with anything, and also looks super chic by itself. One great, versatile piece.
