Sneak Peak

Dana Ryder May 29, 2014

Twelfth Street By Cynthia Vincent Maxi Dress // Zara Blazer // GiGi New York Uber Clutch // Julie Vos Pendant // Julie Vos Bangle // Dolce Vita Sandals (also here)

Photography by Amber Griggs

This is one of the many photos I've been dying to share for a while now. For now, you guys will have to be content with a sneak peak, but more to come shortly.

Let me introduce to you, Amber. She is the incredible photographer who took these photos for me. I met her when I moved to NYC, and fell in love with her work. She takes the most incredible photos  - lots of street style and interesting people of New York type shots. You can check out some of those here.

Stay tuned for the rest of the rainbow wall post.

Wear White

Now that Memorial Day has come and gone, you all can officially wear white! Kidding... who follows that rule anyway!? I just use this holiday as an excuse to post about my favorite summer color - white. I just can't get enough of it during the spring/summer season.

Splurge vs. Steal

Givenchy Antigona Satchel / Rebecca Minkoff Perry Satchel

It's been a longggg time since I've done one of these posts, but when items this identical come up, I just can't help it. I actually recently bought the Rebecca Minkoff satchel, in this color, and am absolutely obsessed. When I brought it out for the first time, one of my friends immediately pointed out that it looks just like the Givenchy satchel. At first, I wasn't thrilled about it, but then again, the RM version is so well made and the leather is just gorgeous (especially the reptile detail, which Givenchy doesn't actually offer as an option from what I can see). By the way, this reptile version is on sale, as is this smooth leather one! Both satchels also come in a couple different sizes and a variety of different colors (and therefore a range of prices, making both somewhat affordable depending on your budget). I've listed some of my favorites below.

So if you're looking for an incredible, structured satchel, and don't want to spend an arm and a leg, the Rebecca Minkoff Perry is the perfect choice. I'm in love with mine and have been using it on a daily basis. Of course, if you'd like to go with the Givenchy version, let's just say I'll be a bit envious of you.

Happy Shopping!
