Shopping for my mom has always been super simple for me. We are almost identical in style and interests (although hers are a little more sophisticated and older I guess), so I'd buy her pretty much anything I would love for myself. She is constantly asking where I got a piece of clothing or a pair of shoes - and also trying to steal things out of my closet, and vice versa. The Aritzia wrap (above), is a staple - in my closet, and would be in hers too. Who doesn't love a cozy wrap to lounge around in but chic enough to wear out? Some gorgeous earrings, a personalized necklace, perfume, skin care, slippers.... What mom wouldn't love all of that?
The Nu Skin pearls are definitely a winning pick too - trust me. As you can tell from my giveaway yesterday, Nu Skin is a staple in my bathroom, and should be in every woman's. They make unbelievable anti-aging products. The Tru Face Essence Ultra (also known as the pearls), are especially good for any woman over the age of 30, right when you begin to show the signs of aging - although I already own them and love them. They restore the Elastin in your skin. If you don't already know, Elastin is a protein that allows your skin to resume its shape after stretching or contracting. You start to lose the Elastin in your skin as you get older which is why it becomes less firm and starts to droop. These pearls aren't cheap, but they work and are definitely worth the price. I mean, how much do you or your mom already spend on your anti-aging serums and products? Probably quite a lot... You can read more about the pearls here!
